Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Base Salary: £50 000
Location: Northampton
Social Care & Education have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established Children’s Residential Home which is based in Northampton
Working as a Registered Manager you will take full responsibility of an Ofsted registered children’s home. You will undertake management of the efficient operation, delivery, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure successful registration with Ofsted, actively contributing to recruitment, systems, and policy development.
• Proactively address and resolve complaints and concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and supervise social workers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered team.
• Craft and implement a top-notch Quality Assurance policy, working together with the quality assurance team to exceed Service Standards.
• Facilitate and participate in regular team meetings, fostering open communication and collective success.
• Ready the ship for OFSTED inspections, ensuring our service consistently shines with Good or Outstanding ratings.

Requirements:
• 2 Years of Proven leadership in Ofsted Registered Home
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
